Contributions and Refund Policy

Shedballad is provided free of charge. Any payment you make is a voluntary contribution (a donation) made to support the continued operation of a free service. Contributions are entirely optional and are never required to access any part of the Service.

A contribution is not a purchase. It does not buy or entitle you to any goods, services, subscription, membership, account upgrade, exclusive or additional content, removal of limitations, or any other benefit. Any badges, leaderboard placement, or acknowledgements are symbolic tokens of appreciation only and have no monetary value and grant no rights.

Because contributions are voluntary donations and grant no goods or services, they are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that you are donating voluntarily and do not expect anything in return.

We want contributions to reflect what you intended. If you believe you have been charged in error, charged more than once for the same intended contribution, or are the victim of unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us promptly at the address below with the date, amount, and any reference you have.

Genuine erroneous or duplicate transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where we determine in good faith that a charge was made in error, we will work with our payment processor to issue an appropriate refund or reversal. This does not create any obligation to refund voluntary contributions that were made intentionally.

Contributions are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) by our payment processor, Moyasar. Any refund that is issued will be returned through the original payment method and may be subject to the processor's timelines.
